Responsibilities and Requirements:
Read and understand various mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals correctly and effectively
The use, protection, labelling and storage of raw materials and daily consumables
Independent use of ordinary lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, boring machines, drilling machines, sawing machines, grinders, etc., and machines for raw materials and semi-finished products as required
Processing and repairing parts
According to the requirements of the work card, the workpiece is machined independently
Independently and correctly use the sample and measuring tools to perform self-inspection and measurement on the processed work
Perform surface finishing work on machined parts, assemblies, and homemade tools such as burr grinding, surface finishing, polishing, and cleaning
Master the machining process and technology
Ability to correctly sign documents such as work cards
Can be independent of the daily maintenance of tooling, fixtures, machine tools and equipment
