An outside sales representative conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.
Role + Responsibilities:
- Responsible for researching and identifying potential customers thru phone, email and physical visits
- Identifying market needs
- Evaluating competitor capabilities and strengths
- Assisting with new product development
- Supporting logistic/distribution activities for domestic market
- Selling company products to potential customers
- Providing after sales customer service
- Documenting and issuing sales process and product invoice
- Prepare weekly sales performance review
- Meeting sales weekly, monthly and annual sales targets
- Assisting with new customer credit assessment
- Coordinating sales manager and other departments to ensure fast, professional and efficient customer support is provided
Eligibility:
- Minimum 2 years previous work experience in a related function
